Do you take custom requests?
Yes! I love bringing your nail art dreams to life.

Can I change elements of a design?
Of course! I want your nails to be exactly what you wish, so if there’s a different colour scheme you’d prefer, you want a different finish, or want to slightly alter a design then like for like customisations are complimentary!
Just add any changes to the order notes, if it is more complex changes you would like then please contact me first.

How long until the nails are dispatched?
My current processing time for any made to order set is 5 business days.
Ready to ship sets are posted same day or next business day depending on the time of order.
These timescales do not include shipping as this will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. More information is available below.
I pride myself on ensuring I create high quality nails, therefore I do not rush orders. Please take this into consideration if you have an upcoming special occasion and order in advance. If you are a little last minute (I do it all the time 🤦♀️) then feel free to drop me a message to check my order volume and whether I can get your nails out sooner
How strong are press on nails?
I only source high quality, salon grade materials to ensure superior nails.
This includes gel tips (not abs plastic like most), professional brand gel polishes, and quality nail art supplies.
You can be assured that the nails you receive will be strong, durable and reusable.
How do I size my nails?
To ensure accuracy, a sizing kit is the most recommended way of obtaining your sizes. Sizing kits must be ordered in the shape & length you will be ordering your custom made nails in, and they are available here

How do I apply the nails and ensure longevity?
Please take extra time when prepping the natural nail prior to application, as prep is key to ensuring longevity of any nail enhancement.
All orders come complete with everything you need to apply, as well as application & removal steps. UK orders can add a Makartt Nail Glue or additional Adhesive Tabs are available for all orders.
Nail Glue is recommended if you prefer long term wear of 2-3 weeks, whereas adhesive tabs are recommended for 1-2 day wear.
If you have particularly oily nail beds, I advise sourcing a nail dehydrator and/or primer as this will also aid longevity.
Is it true that the nails are reusable?
Yes! As long as care is taken during wear and removal, the nails can be reused many times! (I’ve had customers get 5 long-term uses!)
Removing excess glue when applied with adhesive tabs is pretty straightforward, however if you are a customer that applies with glue, I do recommend purchasing a budget efile as this will make removing the excess a lot easier.
Will the nails be exactly as advertised?
Due to the handmade nature of orders, please allow slight variations. This includes colour variations as I cannot guarantee the resolution of your screen is displaying the true colour.
Please also keep in mind that if a set is advertised on a long nail shape, and you’re purchasing a short shape, then the design will have to be altered slightly to fit.

UK 1st Class Signed For 1-2 business days
International Tracked & Signed 5-10 business days
I highly recommend opting for the tracked shipping options, as in this case orders are insured in the rare event of loss or damages. Unfortunately due to false claims, I cannot be held responsible for any parcels if the standard shipping options are chosen.
I am not responsible for shipping delays or delays at customs. By placing an order you are accepting all above terms.

Policies
Cancellations
Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of purchase only. All cancellations will be subject to a 3% fee as this is a transaction charge that is passed on by Shopify.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of the products I create, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges UNLESS an item has been damaged during transit and a tracked shipping option was purchased.
Returned orders will not be refunded unless prior confirmation from me. If your order is returned to me as unsuccessful delivery then you will incur a shipping charge for redelivery.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide accurate sizing and read all information that is available on my site.
